What’s the Difference Between 2D, 3D, and 4D Ultrasounds?
When we begin to speak about the different types of ultrasounds that we offer, we find that there are commonly many questions about which ultrasound is best and what the differences are. The 2D ultrasound is the black and white picture that you are accustomed to seeing. The 3D ultrasound gives you an excellent 3D image of your baby where you can even see some facial features. And, 4D ultrasounds use the same technology as the 3D ultrasounds, but time, the fourth dimension, means that you can take home a video of your baby moving around!
